SAMPARK exists because the founder ran an IT-staffing business for 15 years and spent way too much of that time hunting for vendors over LinkedIn DMs. The fastest way to fix it was to build the platform he wanted to use.
Bhaskar Anand started Talpro India in 2010. Fifteen years later, the group has shipped 18 ventures — recruitment, AI, careers, smart hardware, leadership content, location intelligence, vendor verification — across roughly 100 million records of production data and ~26,000 lines of reusable code.
SAMPARK is venture number eighteen. It is the platform Talpro India would have used in 2010 if it had existed: a way to find KYC-verified, India-grounded vendors, dispatch outreach across email + WhatsApp + voice + SMS in one click, and never get ghosted by a vendor who turned out to be partly inactive once you got into diligence.
Talpro India is now SAMPARK's Customer Zero. Every feature ships against Talpro's own staffing workflow first. If it doesn't work for us, it doesn't ship.
All 18 are part of the Talpro Universe — share a codebase, a design system, a compliance posture, and a CEO. Operating since 2010.
