SAMPARK is the 18th venture in the Talpro Universe. The Talpro crew is small, senior, and structurally biased against headcount growth that doesn't pay back inside 2 quarters. We hire when the role's third successful month would already pay for the first three — and not before.

When app.sampark.space + vendor.sampark.space subdomains are about to ship and the load justifies a second engineer. Node 22 + Postgres 16 + Redis 7 + BullMQ.
Q1 2027 · Likely third hire
Chief Data Officer · DPDPA
When SDF threshold approaches or first material customer complaint lands. Indian counsel background; DPDPA-deep; signs on every DPA SAMPARK does.

How to get on the radar

No formal job application form yet. Two paths:

Send a short note
Email [email protected] with: what you do, what you've built, one specific thing about SAMPARK you'd change if you joined. Three short paragraphs. No CV in the first email. Reply rate: ~30% within 7 days.
Build something visible
Pick a real B2B procurement problem (yours or someone's), build a small thing that solves it, share it publicly on LinkedIn or as a GitHub repo. Mention [email protected]. We see most of these within 2 weeks of posting.
